The best ideas are born when diverse perspectives and experiences come together.
That is the vision that led founder, Dipo Olatunji, to establish Over J Consulting in 2014. Dipo is a mechanical engineer by trade and prior to launching Over J Consulting, he spent 10 years working inside some of the largest public utility companies, including SoCalGas. Dipo wanted to build a business to expand the possibilities and solutions beyond what he was seeing in the marketplace.
To provide fresh insights to industries looking to modernize and transform, Dipo built a diverse team of talented people. From engineers to project managers, from operational experts to instructional designers - the Over J Team is poised to support our clients in overcoming their most difficult business challenges.
Beyond his commitment to solve tough challenges for clients, Dipo is equally passionate about expanding access and increasing diverse representation in the fields of engineering, project management, and design. Over J Consulting was not only founded and certified as a Diverse Business Enterprise (DBE), but our staff represent the diversity of the communities and businesses we serve.
