Agile and hybrid project management
The Over J Consulting team includes certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs) who are well-versed in agile methodologies. This allows our team to devise iterative project plans divided into practical phases broken up by reasonable milestones. Our on-staff PMPs can readily adapt plans using hybrid methods that combine elements of Agile, scrum, kanban and lean methodologies, among others.
Program development
Many of our clients discover they need to update or initiate programs to coordinate long-term planning, strategic planning or internal compliance audits. Our consultants apply project management methodologies to coordinate long-term initiatives that span several departments and organizations.
